Candidate Care Program (CCP)
The Candidate Care Program (CCP) aims to attract a pool of external talent or "Preferred Smith's Candidates", interested in a variety of roles with Smith's. Not all candidates successfully progress to our Smith's pool, however each application is reviewed and considered based on your suitability for future roles.
The benefit of CCP is that it allows YOU the candidate to express your interest within our company and explore our vast opportunities even if the specific role isn't readily available.
The CCP program enables us to attract high calibre candidates in preparation for upcoming roles, however it also allows the candidate to advance their application and consideration for a role before it is advertised to an external audience.
Initially, we will review your interest in Smith's, your skills, work experience and career aspirations. Once we have accessed your suitability, we will place your details on file for further assessment when an appropriate role becomes available.
